Participation

 

The contest is open to all individuals/families, civic, non-profit organizations, schools, churches, clubs, businesses and governments.



Registration & Fee

Participants must pre-register. The registration deadline is September 23rd.  Entry forms may be submitted in person or mailed to Main Street Covington, which is located at 2101 Clark Street, Covington, GA, 30014. A non-refundable entry fee must accompany the entry form. Make check or money order payable to Main Street Covington.  No credits cards, please.

Deadline for entry September 23rd. No applications will be received after this date.

 

Sites will be assigned based who registers first.  Use of electrical outlets will not be allowed.

Disclaimers

Neither Main Street Covington, the City of Covington, nor their agents will be held responsible for any injury or damage associated with the 2018 Scarecrow Showcase.

 

It is also understood that use of photos, stories about the Scarecrow entries, and prize winners may be used for publicity and promotion of the event.
